A pause before a client answers a hard text. Not a file. Not advice.

What it is

The client screenshots a Messages or WhatsApp thread — or pastes what they can — and gets a cooled read: whether a reply is worthwhile, when, if children are in it, and a line they can send that does not add heat. They can edit that line and check it again before it goes.

Not legal advice, strategy, or a substitute for you.
Not a record. Threads are not stored. Nothing is exhibited from here.
Not a diagnosis of the other party. No labels, no scores.
Not a way to collect the other person’s messages through us.

How you use it

Send the note. Do not ask them to forward the thread to you unless that is already your process. The point is that the next text they send is quieter than the one they were about to write.

Note to send a client

If a message from the other parent — or the other party — is heating up, screenshot it and open this before you reply. You get a plain read of what is actually being asked, whether a reply is worth it, and a line you can send that does not add heat. This is not legal advice. It does not keep a copy.
